Abstract

In the article deals with  the problem of early clinical diagnosis markers of diabetic kidney disease, namely hyperfiltration and renal functional reserve, reflecting first structural and functional changes in patients with diabetic nephropathy, offered the possible ways of disorders correction to prevent the progression of renal disease.
